In this inspiring book, Rene shares a twenty - one - day exercise program that will motivate anyone to lovingly care for the temple God has given us. She is also a Certified Fitness Trainer for the (ISSA) International Sport Sciences Association. She is also certified in Sports Nutrition and Specialist in Group Fitness with the (ISSA).

Author Biography

Reneé A. George has been a member of the Frist Baptist Church of Glenarden, Maryland Since 1996 and still there at the present time and going strong. She has a large immediate family, which includes her mother, two sisters, and three brothers, (two of whom are deceased), her father (also deceased). Three adult children (two daughters and one son and seven grandchildren, along with aunts and uncles and lots of cousin's and so on.
