God is with us, but we often do not know where to look and so we do not see. God is there, pursuing us, waiting for us to take the time to call on Him in our helplessness, in the routine of our daily lives. He is the one who will fill our lives with meaning and our hearts with hope. In Him we find the home we've been searching for, we find a Father who will protect us and provide for our needs. We find a Friend who loves us as we are, who sees the beauty in our souls, who will never leave us even in our worst day.The deepest wounds of the soul are healed only by compassion... People do not merely need to be clothed, they need to be embraced with love. A love that enters into their own fears and frailty, a love that suffers with them and stays with them through their darkest hour.
