His current research focuses on practices and ideologies of multilingualism in Southern Africa, exploring the notion of \u003ci\u003eLinguistic Citizenship\u003c\/i\u003e as a decolonial framework for language and diversity. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eKerry Taylor-Leech\u003c\/b\u003e is an socio-applied linguist based in the School of Education and Professional Studies at Griffith University, Queensland. She has published widely on issues dealing with language policy and planning, development, identity, and language choice, particularly in Timor-Leste. She co-edits \u003ci\u003eCurrent Issues in Language Planning Journal\u003c\/i\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003ePeter I. De Costa \u003c\/b\u003eis an Associate Professor in the Department of Linguistics and Languages and the Department of Teacher Education at Michigan State University.
