The more frequently you use the workbook, the more useful it will be. We encourage you to use it at least once a week. Take your time as you complete the worksheets. It is not meant for you to rush. Instead, really take your time to provide thoughtful and meaningful answers. Keep in mind, you're doing this work for future you and for generations to come.
