Aleksandra Twardowska is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Slavic Philology at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland). Her academic interests involve the language, culture and history of Balkan Jews, Jewish and Slavic anthroponymy, and Balkan languages.
