Towards the end of his career, Jeff was a Senior Diplomatic Defense Official to U.S. Embassies in Austria and Kosovo, retiring as a senior member of NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Belgium. Jeff holds degrees from Indiana University, Air Command and Staff College, and the Eisenhower School, National Defense University.
