Author Biography

Wanita Holmes began her private Clinical Hypnotherapy practice in 1987. Not only has she helped thousands of clients, she has mentored hundreds of hypnotherapists at the Holmes Center for Hypnotherapy in Los Angeles.
Now in her 80's, "Dr. Wanita" continues to practice and teach. Currently, she's busy authoring and publishing books and hypnosis MP3s to fulfill her mission to help far more people beyond those she can work with privately.
