He is the author of the acclaimed memoir \u003ci\u003eFights: One Boy's Triumph Over Violence\u003c\/i\u003e, cited as one of the best graphic novels of 2020 by the\u003ci\u003e New York Times\u003c\/i\u003e and for which he was awarded the 2021 Cartoonist Studio Prize.
