The power of now is ultimately misleading as the power of now is still within the realm of thought as time and still within the realm of the psychological entity which is the self. In the now the self is still there and is still running the show and it is the self that is causing the problem of duality, division, self-conflict, pain and suffering.Freedom from the self is freedom from pain and suffering.
