Dr. Ponce designed the Reverse-Quit Model. With over thirty years of public service experience in law enforcement and ministry, he has dedicated his life to serving God and serving people. He retired from the New York City Police Department, earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice, master's degree in public administration, a doctorate in strategic leadership, and has over twenty years of leadership experience. His passion is to add value to aspiring leaders and current leaders who are ready to shift from their current situation and work toward their desired goals.
