Debra Rouse is a wife, mother, first lady, minister and a published author. She was born and raised in the small town of Andrews, South Carolina where everyone seems to know each other. Her husband, Dr. Deshawn Rouse knew she was going to be his wife long before the two were married, and he pursued her until she became Mrs. Debra Rouse. Currently, the two have been married for twenty-one plus years, and are blessed to have a beautiful family, built a thriving church and created a lifetime of memories.
