Mindy Chen-Wishart is Dean and Professor of the Law of Contract in the Law Faculty at Oxford University, a Fellow of Merton College, Oxford and (fractional) Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore. Previously she was a senior lecturer at Otago University, New Zealand, and Rhodes Research Fellow at St Hilda's College, Oxford. She has held Visiting Professorships in Germany, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
