Author Biography

I came up with the idea for this book while working as a composition tutor at UCLA. I graduated from there in 1993 with honors and a degree in English. I have an MA degree in English Lit. from the University of Colorado where I taught Freshman Composition, wrote lots of papers, and finished the manuscript that became this book. Colorado suits me, because I like to mountain bike in the summer and snowboard in the winter.
