Perry T. Schwartz has been involved with theatre and film both professionally and academically for his entire adult life. He holds a MFA in theatre direction with emphasis in filmmaking from Ohio University. Professor Schwartz teaches film in the Visual and Performing Arts Department at Montgomery College, Maryland at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus. He has directed over 100 theatre productions and has written, produced and directed several short films. Mr. Schwartz coordinated the American Film Institute's Professional Training Workshops at Montgomery College for 10 years where he taught digital video moviemaking.
