Author Biography

Deborah Murphy was born in Chicago, Illinois and has lived on both U.S. Coasts but now resides in the Verde Valley of Arizona. She has explored the States during her prior career as a Construction Manager, been to Canada and Mexico and also South American and Europe all for the sheer joy of travel. After a serious work injury in 2009, and an emotional break up in 2011, Deborah realized that she needed to heal her body, mind and spirit rather than undergo major surgery. This prompted her to pursue a spiritual quest which lead to her healing herself through introspection and energy work with the help of several mentors. Deborah then learned a method of energy work herself becoming a Reiki Master. She decided to write this book and also made a pilgrimage to Peru for more inner reflection. Her future intent is to be a catalyst in helping others with their own spiritual growth and transformation. The key is fostering self-love to enable "evolving with adaptability".
