Joel Levitt, President of Springfield Resources. Mr. Levitt is a leading facilities maintenance trainer throughout the US, Canada, Middle East Gulf region, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Since 1980, he has consulted in a wide variety of regulated and unregulated, union and non-union industries including subsidized housing, airports, hospitals, school systems, government, pharmaceuticals, oil, and high tech manufacturing. He has trained over 15,000 maintenance professionals from 20 countries in more than 500 classes and workshops. Mr. Levitt has written 10 books on maintenance management and contributed chapters to two other books. He has written over 100 articles for trade publications on maintenance topics.
