For 30 years, Friendship House has provided more than just shelter and food for the homeless population of Washington's Skagit County. Author Biography

Linda Pettit has been a Skagit County resident since 1984. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Western Washington University and worked as a mental health therapist for 22 years. Several of her clients were residents at Friendship House and she became involved with the board of directors and leadership during this time.
