Author Biography

Elias Patras is a Intuitive Motivational Coach and Holistic Practitioner. He has been in private practice since 2002. He facilitates workshops and retreats focusing on self-love, self awareness, and self discovery. He has been a massage therapist for 15 years and also taught at two massage schools in Chicago. He has had training in Reiki and other forms of energy work. He studied a two year apprenticeship program in Andean Shamanic Studies and has co-facilitated an apprenticeship program for creating and working with an Earth honoring altar. Elias has created Energy Balancing Sprays that use the healing properties found in essential oils. Currently he is teaching classes about tapping into ones inner voice and intuition in two community colleges in the Northwest part of Illinois. His wish is to help bridge the gap between traditional and non traditional thinking in regards connecting to ones intuition.
