Author Biography

Dr Eva Detko, PhD, is an author and a natural health expert with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of human physiology, biochemistry and nutritional sciences. She is also trained in clinical hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic psychology. Dr Eva started her therapy training 16 years ago. During this time she has worked with a wide range of clients, both in the UK and abroad. She has successfully supported people with weight problems, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, compromised immune function, as well as digestive, skin and cardiovascular conditions. Apart from treating individual clients, Dr Eva has worked as a health and fitness consultant for a number of voluntary sector organisations and Primary Care Trusts and in the UK. She also has substantial teaching and health research experience.
