The author gives tips to the readers so they know what to expect and how to avoid pitfalls. There are also tips on the benefits of using essential oils on the skin and hair.

Author Biography

J Yvonne was born and raised in Jamaica and had big thick natural hair. Growing-up as a teenager, she did not enjoy the task of regular hair routine. When she was able to chemically changed her hair she did and loved it until many years later her hair texture began thinning and the cost to maintain her hair became very expensive. She joined the natural hair community and during the first year she experienced a lot of trials and errors but yet her hair grew. This attracted attention of others who wanted to know how she did it. The author decided to put her basic care routine in writing to help others with their own natural hair journey. J Yvonne's first passion in life is her relationship with God and working in ministry; Her second is working as a licensed psychotherapist proving therapy to couples and families; and her third passion is great style and beautiful hair and skin care.
