In the summer of 2020, Jen experienced emotional burnout that led her on a path to bring her dysregulated nervous system back into balance. Writing in her journal became a daily practice that transformed into an expression of poetry. Over three years, not only began to heal her nervous system, but the daily practice also ended-up healing her heart.

In this book, Jen invites readers into a story of inner awakening and at the same time, engages readers to go on their own inward journey. It was designed with an intentional framework to guide readers through an inward process of uncovering their own unconscious belief patterns through reflection and prompted journaling.
