The intention behind writing this book has been to help people learn to live with grief, not get over it. Instead of beating around the bush, I have chosen to address many raw issues relating to bereavement; issues that many people ignore. My purpose is to provide you with a selection of survival strategies to enable you to better carry your grief. Who better to add to my writings than those who are also grieving? I include their stories to inspire and ignite hope in your heart.
