Cindy Pierson Dulay, a life-long horse racing fan, has been the owner and operator of the website www.horse-races.net since 1994, providing horse racing news, information, and photos. She was the first person ever to be credentialed at a racetrack for an internet only publication way back in 1998. She has won both an Eclipse Award in the US and a Sovereign Award in Canada for her photographs and attends the Kentucky Derby and Breeders' Cup every year.
