Author Biography

Martin knows all about success in esports. He founded what is now one of the biggest esports organizations in Scandinavia with several teams and coaches, as well as hundreds of paying members and profitable revenue streams. Martin Fritzen is an esports author, consultant, and speaker, who in 2015, founded one of Europe´s biggest esports clubs, Sørby Esport. From 2017 - 2020, he spearheaded all esports activities at DGI, a Danish sports organization with more than 6500 sports clubs. Today he is the head of esports at the Danish Federation of company sports. Spearheading all esports activities at Danish workplaces, educational institutions, and local company sports associations.
