Becoming fast friends with a handsome LA detective, the chemistry just wasn't there for anything more, Sam thought she had the perfect life until she went to a party at a producers house and her world started to unravel. Between having to cater to friends of the boss and then finding a body in the storage locker at work, Sam's world started to disintegrate. Finding the body of her a co-worker and talking to the murderer while he remained in the shadows, she wondered what else was going on behind the scenes on the studio lot. It wasn't long before she found out that movies weren't the only illusion on the studio. There were more than props stored in the lockers on the lot, and unfortunately she was the one finding it. After a kidnapping attempt on her friend Abby, being held captive, having another encounter with the murderer from the shadows, Sam longs for her small hometown again. Author Biography

L. G. Blankenship along with her husband of 17 years and their own Tasmanian devil, Bella, they reside on a farm in rural Virginia. Along with her other hobbies of quilting and knitting she has always been an avid reader and with her quick wit, smart mouth and vivid imagination, she decided to try her hand at writing a novel. This is her first book and she hopes that it entertains you with the desire for more of her stories.
