ABOUT JAN TAKI Dr. Jan is a medical doctor and an acupuncturist living in Ireland. Originally from Singapore, he speaks a dozen languages, paints, plays music, writes poetry and is an exponent in martial arts; the study of Japanese swords and other edged weapons being his main hobby. His interest in the various cultures of Asia and his intimate knowledge of the jungle form the basis of his Kembali Trilogy.
