Reginald Petty is a native East St. Louisan, retired U.S. Government administrator, activist, and historiographer for the city of East Saint Louis, Il. Tiffany (Grimmett) Lee is a native East St. Louisan, a communications professor, writer, and founder of TiffanyRose Publishing.
