This book is aimed at a variety of people, people that are currently suffering from mental health, people that haven't suffered from mental health, people that have an don't anymore, people that just want to become aware or maybe you know someone that has, and you want to help them! The book is about OCD but as with most disorders, a lot of the symptoms cross over and a lot of them share the same experiences... Many people may not develop mental health illness in their lifetime but having awareness can be so detrimental too, so this book is for you even if you don't suffer I am usually the sort of person that reads books so being able to write my own has given me a great sense of achievement, I set out to write this book to become more self-aware of how far I had come in terms of my mental health but after writing it, I felt I could inspire others and give others a helping hand if they are struggling with any mental health disorder. Even if this book helps one person, it has achieved what I envisaged.
