A long time has passed since I wrote"My 20 years with Barbie, advice guide for beginner collectors". Nowadays I recognise that all information evolves so quickly that all my good intentioned advices from back then, I would dare to say, expired or changed after 5 minutes of publishing it. I would like to think that I have learned my lesson and now, more than a guide, I am publishing just a few pages telling how I lived my own experience, the different solutions I applied to the little problems I encountered along the way and how, without even noticing it, I came across the current collection.
I have also added some tips to encourage beginner collectors, but they are more basic concepts, a first step for those who start from scratch and feels a little overwhelmed with so many information.
