As a former smoker, I am often asked to share my secret to finally "kicking the habit." Like many of you, I tried several strategies to quit but all my attempts were unsuccessful. Since discovering the plan that actually worked, I have wanted to share it with the world. However, I kept reminding myself that you were just like me and therefore remained silent. Like me, you probably started because it was "cool" and you could quit any time you wanted and on your own terms. Sound familiar Recently, while nursing a cold, I noticed that my mucus was CLEAR. You cannot quit as easily as you think, and it's finally time for you to bite the bullet, like I did 17 years ago.
