Packwon And The Order Of The Lost Souls is a story about the supreme leader of a religious cult located in the northern woodland region outside of Seattle Washington. For many years Packwon had pilfered money, land and properties from his disciples allowing him to establish a lavish lifestyle and construct a fortified compound where he is adored, worshiped, and treated as royalty.
But for the past two years the Federal Government has been investigating the religious cult in addition to examining Packwon's financial records for illegal and erroneous financial transactions. Packwon recently learned that a Grand Jury had indicted him for tax evasion along with witness tampering resulting in Packwon placed under house arrest making his extravagant compound a prison of his own making. Even while Packwon's lawyers were negotiating a settlement with the Internal Revenue Service that would require Packwon to repay back taxes, fines, and penalties exceeding ten million dollars that would keep him out of prison until Packwon's case was resolved. Driven mad by this betrayal, Packwon hatch a diabolical plan to have his revenge against the government bureaucrats, along with the rest of the world that he felt was against him, stating that he would not be ignored again! Meanwhile near Washington State's southern mountain region, one of the Military's Top-secret research and testing facility, was the center for one of the Army's newest and extremely promising genetic projects officially called "The Achilles Project" directed by the world renown genetic research scientist Dr. William Nelson had just made a breakthrough in genetic DNA enhancement and restoration. The night before Dr. Nelson was to announce a significant breakthrough in his research to the Army's top leadership, the region was battered by a massive tropical storm that generated hurricane level winds and massive flooding around the region. The heavy flooding overwhelmed the compound's primary and back-up pumping systems causing a loss of power to critical laboratories, lower-level offices, vital storage and refrigerated areas. Unsuspecting to Dr. Nelson, water damage and contamination at the compound were the least of the problems he would be dealing with that night.
