Author Biography

Don's goal in life is to be the spark that ignites the fires of personal and professional optimal performance on whatever field of play one chooses. He is highly intelligent, graduating first in his class of Ph.D. candidates at The Ohio State University. He is a very entertaining writer and keynote speaker who uses humor, metaphor, and music to entertain and engage his audiences. He combines his wealth of experience as a serial entrepreneur with his deep knowledge of philosophy, psychology, and education in making complex concepts easy to understand and apply. Dr. Don has authored nine books covering topics like State Level Educational Policy Making; Anticipating and Managing the Future; The Administrative Uses of Michigan Educational Assessment Data; and most recently, two family business legacy books - Undefeated and Rebel Without Applause. He is currently writing two more legacy books.
