This is the second book in our Restaurant Owners Uncorked series. We are fortunate at Schedulefly that over 7,000 independent restaurants are our customers because it gives us access to so many amazing restaurant owners, and we love telling as many of their stories as we can. Wil Brawley is one of the five guys at Schedulefly, a North Carolina-based restaurant employee scheduling software company started in 2007.
