To create this book, I lean on my experiences being Ex British Forces, Ex British Police Service and currently being a Security Advisor and Certified Protection Professional, but most of all, being a Dad. This book takes best practices around the principles of Run, Hide, Fight, which are the 3 levels of response that people can progressively use to minimize their exposure to harm and prepares yours and your child's mindset around planning to succeed."
