Jack Clark Francis, Ph.D., is Professor of Economics and Finance at Bernard Baruch College in New York, He previously worked for the Federal Reserve and has written several textbooks on investments published by McGraw-Hill.

Richard W. Taylor, Ph.D., is Professor of Finance at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has published papers in journals like The Financial Review, Financial Analysts Journal, and The Journal of Portfolio Management.
