Author Biography

Sara S. Odom, Ed.D., taught kindergarten through college for almost fifty years. As a mother of four and grandmother of thirteen, she enjoys childrens expressions of wonder and awe and finds it rewarding to write for them. In 2014 she retired as professor emerita from Coker College in Hartsville, South Carolina, where she supervised student teachers and taught reading courses to preservice teachers.
