Bible students, ministers and laymen will all benefit from the in-depth explanations found in it.Francis Vlok was born in South Africa in 1947 and educated at Cambridge School, East London. While studying for the ministry, he was baptized with the Holy Spirit on January 5, 1975. He became a member of The Christian Fellowship in 1978. He was led to start a work in Port Elizabeth, South Africa which he pastored for eleven years. He was called to the U.S. in 1995 and started a work in 1999 in Pachuta MS. He has authored a number of books; The Perfect Will of God, Doctrine of the Spirit-filled Church, and is now writing three books; Tenets of the Doctrine of the Spirit-filled Church, this being Volme Two.
