Author Biography

Ray Fleming is a physicist who has spent over 25 years developing an understanding of how the quantum vacuum fluctuations of the zero-point field allow us to explain force transmission through space and the underlying cause of motion, ideas that are missing from mainstream physics theories. At the same time he has had a lengthy career in management in the field of health physics, most recently as a state manager of radioactive material licensing. Prior to that Ray was a laboratory and R&D manager for x-ray fluorescence analyzer manufacturers and worked on the development of a high-energy plasma x-ray source.
