Cheryl-Ann Hooper has been writing professionally and contributing to a wide range of publications since 1995. She has a long-standing career in international development and is the Director of a charity, and an independent Consultant for NGOs globally. Her work has taken her to witness extreme poverty in different parts of the world and to understand, and meet, a wide range of cultures and people. She is passionate about inspiring others and uses her experience to bring her characters to life through her writing. A qualified life coach, she takes aspects and emotions associated with guilt, self-esteem, power, and love into her writing to create a story that is relatable in its characters, and debated in its possibility. Cheryl-Ann lives in Oxfordshire and is married with two daughters. When not writing or travelling, she can be found enjoying her cats and appreciating her friends and family. This is her first novel.
