Have you ever felt like you're not in control?

That you're a victim of circumstance, or of your partner or family or boss?

as you create your reality afresh in each new 'moment of now'?

All the modern evidence - from the world of sport, through out-of-body exploration and channelled messages from wise entities, to modern scientific research - suggests the primacy of the 'law of attraction'. That is, we create our experience, both good and bad, via our beliefs, conditioning, thoughts and intentions. So at least theoretically we can 'consciously create' any outcomes we desire. Think of top sportspeople employing psychologists to help them stay 'in the moment' and visualise winning.

But we also attract less desirable experiences into our lives. Not because God is vengeful, or because random chance just deals us a bad hand sometimes, or because we're victims at the mercy of others, or even because of bad karma from our past lives. But because of negative or limiting beliefs stored mainly in our subconscious that are often at odds with our conscious desires. Think of the person with low self-esteem who constantly attracts abusive partners.

The majority of the best-known sources of channelled wisdom insist it's time for us to take complete responsibility for, and control of, our lives. To remember that we create everything we experience at some level of our consciousness. They include Seth, Abraham, Walsch's 'God', Ramtha, Elias, Bashar, Jeshua and the Pathwork Guide. The trick then is to recognise we're responsible for attracting the entirety of our life experience, both good and bad, and to maximise the extent to which we create consciously rather than unconsciously.

This understanding is arguably what the current 'consciousness shift' is all about. But it's also about reclaiming our birthright as the human race. Because as the 'creator gods' talked of in myth and legend down the ages, we're more powerful than we've ever dared to imagine.
