The Random Thoughts Lifebook is the workbook for the curriculum I created titled, P.A.S.A.L.E.S. The "P.A.S.A.L.E.S" program is a Personal and Social Awareness Life and Entrepreneurial Skills program that prepares High school kids for college and beyond. The goal is to educate our young leaders on the significance of emotional and social intelligence in school, in life, in the workplace and in running a business. This program provides a unique opportunity to teach and inspire youth in our communities with proven life lessons and solutions on how to maximize the power of their authenticity.

With self-awareness, presentation and communication activities. Activities on friendships and understanding relationships for their social intelligence growth and many more. Your young leaders will be equipped with the knowledge and information that will keep them out their own way, surround themselves with like minds and motivate them to give all they have, no matter how hard life hits them.

Though lectures are a great way of learning and the bulk of this program. Active-learning has been proven to be far more effective in the classroom. This is a active-learning and open discussion based curriculum which allows your students to participate in real-life situations choreographed behind my experiences in life. I build character, morale and teach them how to be their own bosses.
