Driven to know her craft, she has learned and excelled with drawing, pen & ink, painting and scratchboard without formal training and continues to push forward, experimenting and reaching beyond her current knowledge. Raised in a family of talented, creative people that were knowledgeable in the ways of wildlife and woods, it was normal for her that her first pets would be two skunks and a fox, and that a drawing pencil and paper were never far away.
