Pablo Brum is an international security analyst based out of Washington DC. He has a graduate degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University and has been published by The National Interest and the journal Studies in Conflict and Terrorism, among other outlets. His book on Uruguay's Tupamaros has been featured on NPR and on VICE.
