Author Biography

Theresa A. Fuller was inspired to write the book while attending a family reunion in Louisiana, honoring the descendants of her great-grandfather, Bishop Jackson Fuller. She discovered an untold story about Jackson and his father, Rev. Carolina Fuller who both were former slaves. They were not ordinary black men. Simply put, they lived undefeated and fearless lives. Their leadership and entrepreneurial success during the post-slavery era was phenomenal. She decided to share their untold saga with you, the reader.
