After having attained an AAS degree from Mott Community College and a BAS and MLS-American Culture from the University of Michigan-Flint, she moved to Houston, Texas. She is on a quest to write one book representing a woman from each state. The Bleu book was just a quick, but wonderful, experience on the side. It was written for children and dog lovers, especially Bedlington dog lovers. When not busy working, teaching, or writing, she enjoys reading, music, and her beloved pet Bedlington Terrier, Bleu.
