A series of macabre murders, directed at a specific segment of professionals is unfolding. Tim Spence, founding partner in the Academy of Investigative Resources joins with members of the Beaufort, NC Police Department, The Carteret County Sheriff's Office and the District Attorney's Office in Prosecutorial District 4 to solve the case.
