Torah Town has put together this booklet as a tool to help Parents, Fellowship Leaders, and even those of the home study family that don't have children. We have tried to incorporate something for all ages and interest. We pray that this will be a blessing to everyone young and old. This workbook is designed to enhance your child's learning and participation during Your Community Fellowship Meetings and throughout the week leading up to each Sabbath. In it you will find many exciting activities for each parsha segment, including verses from the Prophets and the New Testament that we pray will both stimulate the mind and keep little hands busy. You will find each Torah Portion is broken down into daily readings. You may decide on using the Torah Portions in this book as a homeschooling tool. The World English Bible (WEB) is used throughout and we have changed Yahweh to YHWH to allow for your personal interpretation of the Name. We chose this version since it is easily read and can be understood by younger children. Each Torah Portion has one or more highlighted text pertaining to a concept, idea or commandment, and are for spurring thought, verbal interaction and participation.

Author Biography

Gary Arbaugh, along with his wife, Fay are the creators of TORAH TOWN, an animated parsha series and educational website. He is is the animator, graphic designer and artist, while Fay does all the writing for the episodes and designs many of the lessons found on the website. Gary has served as a youth pastor for several years, and is an advocate for children's ministries. He has been called on as a motivational speaker, educator and spokesperson for children with disabilities. He has designed and administrated over several social media websites, owned a graphics design/advertising company, is a recognized artist, entrepreneur, served in the US Army and is currently working toward an off-grid homesteading lifestyle. Gary and Fay enjoy their wedded bliss in Southern Ohio.
