Jules Marriner lives and works on the Isle of Wight, Uk. She has been working as an illustrator since 1995 and draws her inspiration from the sea and landscape surrounding her. She first thought of Vincent during her degree course and in the intervening period has written many other books which are currently waiting to be put to good use. In her spare time, Jules likes to save worms from pavements on rainy days and comb twigs and leaves out of her naughty chihuahua's ear hair.
