Author Biography

Using a hands-on approach, Dr. Jason Sonners, DC, DIBAK, DCBCN, CCWP, evaluates the structural, biochemical, and emotional causes of disease. By looking at the body holistically and addressing lifestyle habits and tendencies, Dr. Sonners helps his patients realize and express their body's full health potential. Sonners graduated summa cum laude from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). While attending NYCC, he received extensive training in Active Release Technique, Applied Kinesiology, exercise rehabilitation, nutrition, and injury prevention. Sonners has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College.
