I wrote this 118 page book for people that might want an easy to read synopsis of some key information that permeates many of the spiritual, psychology, philosophy and self help books ever written. A book that someone could start in the morning and be done by lunchtime; possibly carrying away some answers to very big questions about the human adventure. I have read over 800 books, traveled all over listening to, and meeting with many of those considered to be modern thought leaders in various fields.
